Evergrande's liquidators sell its property services arm to PAG for $513.6m
The sale of a 51% stake gives creditors owed $46 billion their biggest cash recovery yet. Asset sales and loan repayments had brought in just $435.9 million — less than 1% of total claims — before this deal.
