TSMC weighs a 20% price rise for AI chip packaging
Nvidia's Blackwell and Rubin architectures are straining TSMC's CoWoS packaging capacity, with Blackwell taking three to four times longer to test than its predecessor. TSMC is also eyeing 5% to 10% wafer price increases for 2027.
