Amazon and Google put $7.3bn into US nuclear upgrades for their data centres
The two companies have signed 20-year deals with Constellation Energy to expand output at existing reactors. Together the agreements underwrite about 1,080 megawatts of capacity that does not yet exist, with first output due in 2028.
