All international air passengers to the US must now declare they haven't visited the DRC
The CDC order takes effect on 3 November and covers commercial, private and general aviation flights. It follows months of escalating restrictions tied to an Ebola outbreak involving a strain that kills about half of those infected and has no approved treatment or vaccine.
