Pompeii wardrobe sealed by Vesuvius in 79 CE found unopened
The wooden wardrobe in a house on ancient Pompeii's Via dell'Abbondanza held 38 bronze coins, grooming tools, a child's charm necklace and two young wood mice. Its director says the objects left inside suggest the household fled at short notice.
