Germany's president tells China Europe wants trade on fairer terms
Frank-Walter Steinmeier, on his first visit to Beijing in eight years, said Europe was not seeking to decouple from China but warned against subsidies and market barriers. He also urged China to press Russia to halt attacks on Ukraine.
