California warns of measles exposure after unvaccinated passenger's Amtrak journey through six counties
The passenger travelled from Chicago to Los Angeles and onward through Alameda, Butte, Kern, Sacramento and San Joaquin counties between Sept. 10 and 14 before continuing to Denver. California has recorded 59 measles cases this year, more than 90% involving people who were unvaccinated or of unknown vaccination status.
