Alibaba Cloud to open first data centres in Turkey, Finland and the Netherlands
The Chinese tech giant is targeting more than 20 gigawatts of global capacity by 2032, a build-out Citigroup says could underpin $160 billion in cloud revenue. The push comes months after the Pentagon listed Alibaba as a Chinese military company.
