Celsius founder Alex Mashinsky permanently banned from crypto and finance in New York settlement
The New York attorney general secured the lifetime ban alongside up to $35 million in conditional payments. Mashinsky is already serving a 12-year federal prison sentence after pleading guilty to securities and commodities fraud.
