Russia plans record defence budget for 2027, with 35 percent of spending going to the military
The draft allocates 17.1 trillion rubles ($205.2 billion) to defence — 375 percent above the pre-war level. Adding security and law enforcement, nearly half of all federal spending would go to the war effort.
