Bangkok declares three flood disaster zones as water hits a metre deep on major roads
The governor has given city agencies emergency relief powers in Nong Chok, Suan Luang and Khan Na Yao, with all 50 district offices on standby. Flooding has also reached 12 provinces, affecting more than 37,000 people.
