Gen Z is still ambitious, but only one in five thinks a secure job is within reach
Around four in five young workers want to move up in their careers, and nearly half want feedback from their boss at least weekly. But just 19% see secure employment as realistic, and more than half say financial pressure is pushing major life decisions back.
