Dutch court blocks Merck's subcutaneous Keytruda across eight European markets
The Hague found that Merck infringed Halozyme's drug-delivery patent and ordered MSD BV to halt manufacturing, marketing and imports of Keytruda SC in Belgium, Denmark, France, Ireland, Italy, Sweden, Switzerland and the Netherlands. The intravenous version of Keytruda is not affected.
