Trump commits almost all of $400m Ukraine aid package before funds expire
The administration has legally obligated $307 million so far, with the remaining $93 million due before the fiscal year ends on 30 September. Initial deliveries, including offensive weapons and armoured vehicle parts, began this month, with the rest expected by 2029.
