US 10-year Treasury yield hits highest level since 2023 as Fed raises rates again
The benchmark yield reached 4.86% after the Federal Reserve lifted its rate to the 3.75%–4% range and signalled further increases are likely. Inflation has stayed above the Fed's 2% target for more than five years, and the 30-year yield has touched levels not seen since 2006.
