ICC issues arrest warrants for four Taliban leaders over crimes against women and girls
The court finds reasonable grounds to believe the Taliban's supreme leader, its chief judge and two education ministers persecuted women, girls and others who did not conform with Taliban gender policies. Enforcement will be difficult: all four remain inside Taliban-controlled Afghanistan.
