California man arrested over alleged $300 million scheme to smuggle Nvidia servers to China
Greg Lui, owner of Earthmade Computer Inc., allegedly used false documents and routed shipments through Malaysia and Singapore to conceal China as the true destination. Prosecutors say the scheme ran between 2023 and 2024 and are seeking to keep him in custody pending trial.
