UK charges man in north London over Rwanda genocide for the first time
Dr Vincent Brown, 65, formerly known as Dr Vincent Bajinya, faces one count of conduct ancillary to genocide and six counts of conduct ancillary to murder as a crime against humanity. Prosecutors allege he directed and incited killings carried out by others in Kigali in April 1994.
