Aramco delays Saudi crude shipments to European refiners after pipeline attack halts Red Sea exports
Saudi Arabia's East-West pipeline has been shut since 10 September after Houthi strikes caused serious damage. No crude has left Yanbu since the following day, and at least three European refiners have had late-September cargoes pushed back to as late as November.
