Legal immigration from Muslim-majority countries falls 96% under Trump
Monthly immigrant visas and refugee admissions from 45 majority-Muslim nations dropped from 21,096 to 808 between December 2024 and February 2026. Refugee arrivals from those countries fell to zero, and roughly 13,000 healthcare workers were among those blocked.
