US bars Abbas from UN General Assembly in person for second year running
The State Department cited Palestinian failures to reform and their use of international courts to press for statehood. Abbas will address the General Assembly by prerecorded video, after 142 countries endorsed Palestinian statehood at a conference co-chaired by France and Saudi Arabia.
