EU industry pushes back on Brussels plan to cut Chinese supply ties
The European Commission is due to set out three supply-chain measures on 9 December. Carmakers and business groups warn that alternatives to Chinese inputs often don't exist, and that binding mandates can't create a supply base that isn't there yet.
