Marsh to pay more than US$713 million to settle Greensill litigation
The insurance broker has agreed to bear the largest share of an approximately US$800 million settlement with Credit Suisse and other parties. The claims alleged that Marsh made misrepresentations about Greensill's insurance cover before the supply chain finance firm collapsed in 2021.
