Keffe D sentenced to 40 years to life for the murder of Tupac Shakur
The former gang leader said he would appeal as Judge Carli Kierny handed down the sentence in Las Vegas. Davis is the first person convicted over the killing, nearly 30 years after the 1996 drive-by shooting.
