St Bernadette's relics draw crowds at the start of a 140-stop US tour
About 1,500 people attended the opening Mass in Washington, D.C., with queues several hundred deep to reach the gold-plated reliquary. The yearlong Journey of Grace will visit cathedrals, hospitals and parishes across the country.
