AI could shave five percentage points off Asia-Pacific office demand growth, CBRE says
The property firm's moderate scenario still puts occupied office space 13 per cent higher by 2030 — but that is five points below its base case. Developed markets face the bigger risk, with 3.9 per cent of office jobs vulnerable to AI displacement, against 1.7 per cent in developing ones.
