TSMC tells Musk it must operate any plant in his Texas chip complex
TSMC chief executive C.C. Wei said the company is in talks about joining Musk's Terafab project, but set a clear condition: any factory it participates in has to be run by TSMC. Musk has said Tesla and SpaceX intend to build and run the complex themselves, leaving the two sides at odds over who would be in control.
